Warranty Information

Thank you for trusting and welcoming  3 Blind Guys into your home By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Coverage Period: The warranty covers the motorized shades and other accessories and for a
    neriod of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
  2. Eligible Products: The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from 3 Blind Guys. Proof of purchase may be required for
    warranty claims.
  3. Scope of Warranty: Products determined defective by 3 Blind Guys due to faulty workmanship or
    problem in material under normal use during the warranty period.
  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents
    alterations. It also does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
  5. Warranty Claim Process: In case of any defect or issue covered by the warranty the customer
    must notify 3 Blind Guys promptly. The customer may need to provide evidence of the defect and proof
    of purchase to initiate the warranty claim. Warranty claims which have not been authorized Dei Smart
    will not be accepted.
  6. Repair or Replacement: 3 Blind Guys, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the
    defective components or the whole motorized shades. The company reserves the right to use new or
    refurbished parts for any replacements.
  7. Transportation Costs: Any shipping or transportation costs associated with the warranty claim are
    the responsibility of the 3 Blind Guys.
  8. Voiding the Warranty: Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the motorized shades by anyone
    other than 3 Blind Guys or its authorized partners will void the warranty.
  9. Limitation of Liability: 3 Blind Guys lability under this warranty is limited to the repair or
    replacement of the motorized shades as stated above. The company shall not be liable for any
    incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the shades.
  10. Transferability: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the motorized shades.
